OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESERVATION TERMS & WAIVER

By completing a reservation on this website, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions prior to booking. The reservation is confirmed immediately upon completion and is final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-amendable, to the fullest extent permitted by law. No changes are permitted to the reservation, including, without limitation, changes to dates, room type, or guest details. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all reservation details, including selected dates and room type, are accurate at the time of booking.

LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW POLICY

Check-in is available until midnight on the scheduled day of arrival. Guests who expect to arrive after midnight must notify the property in advance on the day of arrival. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being classified as a no-show.

In the event of a no-show, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled, the full booking amount shall be forfeited, and no refund shall be due. The property reserves the right to release the accommodation for rebooking. Guests arriving after a reservation has been deemed a no-show may be denied accommodation without further notice or liability on the part of the property.

This policy is disclosed prior to booking and forms an integral part of the contract between the customer and the property.

LIABILITY

The property shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by the guest except where such loss or damage arises directly from the property’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. The property’s liability for any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid by the guest for the reservation. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, valuables, and travel insurance.

FORCE MAJEURE

The property shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, pandemics, governmental restrictions, power outages, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure Event”). In such cases, the property may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative reservation date or cancel the reservation without liability, subject to applicable law.

GUEST CONDUCT & HOUSE RULES

Guests are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times during their stay. This includes, without limitation:

Respecting other guests, staff, and neighbors.

Refraining from any illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
